Chad has experience serving amazing clients in his 30 years of Sales, Marketing and Leadership experience and now in Real Estate since 2016.  He knows the kind of hard work and customer service that is necessary to meet and exceed his client’s expectations.  It is through his client empathy, authenticity, passion, and competitive spirit that he has continually earned top agency Awards and Recognitions throughout his career.

Chad has an innate quality to earn and develop a shared trust with his clients, allowing him to help navigate those clients through the intricacy of buying or selling their largest asset.  It is through this dedication and service to his clients that Chad is continually referred by his clients to their family and friends, which is by far the highest and best compliment Chad can receive.

Growing up in Vernon, the Okanagan has always held a very special place in Chad’s heart.  Leaving the Okanagan to pursue a degree in Education allowed him to work overseas in Africa, Asia and Central America.  It has been through these life changing experiences abroad that Chad has learned to appreciate all the amazing aspects of the Okanagan Valley and the true privilege it is to call the Okanagan ‘HOME’.

Chad is thrilled that he is able to live in the wonderful Okanagan Valley and share it with his amazing wife and 2 girls.  He loves getting on the slopes in the winter and playing soccer and mountain biking in the summer.

Chad specializes in New Construction in addition to Single Family Resale, allowing his clients to cover all their bases to find the perfect home here in the Okanagan.
